This focuses on a key set of character traits and qualities which we believe will help all our young people develop in to well rounded individuals able to make their way in the world beyond Carlton le Willows.

Developed in conjunction with the Academy’s Student Council, these qualities are embedded in our personal development programme and epitomise what it means to be a Carlton le Willows student.
