We are looking forward to welcoming our new Year 7 cohort to Carlton le Willows in September 2025.

Life at Carlton le Willows has so much to offer and we are sure you will enjoy your time here.

As part of our transition programme, once all places have been accepted, we invite children to come for a two-day induction process. During the two days spent at Carlton le Willows you will meet teachers and be able to familiarise yourselves with our site.

A full programme will be shared on the day but you will likely get the chance to try your hand at some sports; receive a Bunsen burner licence from the science department and maybe have a go at some DT or art activities.

All students will also be measured for uniform by experts from our uniform stockists SPT Uniforms. This will ensure that your brand new uniform is ready for you to collect before the start of the autumn term. A bundle of uniform including blazer, shirts, trousers/skirts and full PE kit is available free for all Years 7 s joining us in September.

Parents/carers will also be invited in to school to meet the senior leadership team and learn more about opportunities for children during their time in the Academy.

Induction days from Monday 30 June – Friday 4 July (exact dates for each child’s two-day induction will be confirmed in due course)
