A Level Results 2025

STUDENTS gathered to collect their results and celebrate moving on to the next phase in their journey at Carlton le Willows. (Thursday 14 August).
This year saw a number of students securing a clean sweep of the top A*/A grades including Francis Haber, who was awarded a staggering four A* grades. His results in Physics, Maths, Economics and Computer Science have secured him a place to study economics at Warwick University.
Among those celebrating individual success was 18-year-old Martyna Prusak who secured three A grades despite battling significant adversity during her exams.
Martyna, who sat A levels in English Literature, Criminology, and Art was celebrating with mum Beata, a bittersweet moment as Martyna’s dad passed away unexpectedly the day before her 18th birthday and just weeks before the start of the A level exams.
The Year 13 student, who has also been diagnosed with her own significant health issues, has been an inspiration to her mum and will now look forward to going to the University of Nottingham to study English Literature.
Across the sixth form, more than 90% of students have secured places at their first choice university.
